Shen Mai Soup

Ingredients:

  • Ginseng: 1 g
  • Ophiopogon (Mai Dong): 10 g

Instruction:
Simmer the two ingredients in water and drink the decoction. Afterwards, chew the ginseng slices to fully absorb their essence.
